Patient Experience Team

The Patient Experience Team provides information and advice on local NHS services for patients, their families and carers and is often the first point of contact for residents who live in the Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood areas.

 

Complaints about hospitals and community services

Although most people accessing NHS funded health care are happy with their treatment, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with the NHS service you’ve experienced, you are entitled to complain about it.  You can contact the Patient Experience Team who will be able to advise you about the NHS Complaints Procedure and how to take your complaint forward.

The Clinical Commissioning Group does not handle complaints about primary care services. If you wish to make a complaint about your GP, Dentist, Pharmacy or Optician you can contact the provider directly or NHS England who commission these services.
